About the role
This temporary full‑time position is for a recent graduate to work as a Behaviour Mentor in a Greenwich school. You will support pupils who face emotional and behavioural challenges, helping them manage emotions, build relationships and achieve their educational potential.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one and group support to students within the classroom.
- Assist pupils in managing outbursts, anxiety, mood swings and social isolation.
- Promote positive decision‑making and emotional resilience.
- Engage students in restorative practices and therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to create a supportive learning environment.
Required profile
- Recent graduate with a passion for working with children and teenagers.
- Degree in Psychology, Criminology or a related field is ideal.
- Interest in developing experience within the mental health sector.
- Enthusiasm for supporting young people facing emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Required skills
