Graduate Brand Operator (Birmingham) – Sponsorship Available

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Graduate Brand Operator to launch and run e‑commerce brands from scratch. You will own the day‑to‑day operational engine, ensuring smooth logistics, finance and supplier management as the brand scales.

Key responsibilities

• Run brand operations end‑to‑end – logistics, fulfilment, suppliers, stock and daily brand machinery.
• Own operational finance – monitor costs, margins and cash‑flow at the brand level.
• Build and document repeatable SOPs and choose the tools that support scaling.
• Manage suppliers and 3PLs – source, negotiate and enforce cost, quality and timeline commitments.
• Maintain high standards under pressure, solving problems quickly without over‑engineering.

Required profile

• Natural operator instinct – organised, systematic and calm under pressure.
• Commercial literacy – comfortable with costs, margins and basic financial tracking.
• Proven track record of organising or running something end‑to‑end (project, event, society or small venture).
• Strong written communication with a bias for documentation.
• High ownership, low ego and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Nice to have: e‑commerce/D2C experience, exposure to launching new products or brands, comfort assessing and adopting new tools.
