Graduate Building Surveyor – Liverpool

About the role
You will join a large multidisciplinary international consultancy that is expanding its Liverpool office. The team works across education, health, commercial and social housing sectors, providing a varied entry‑level experience for a building surveying graduate.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare expert witness reports
- Conduct condition surveys and party wall assessments
- Assist with remedial works and project management tasks
Required profile
- Graduate qualification in Building Surveying
- Demonstrable industry experience (e.g., internships, placements)
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary up to £30,000 per year
- Bonus scheme
- Hybrid working arrangement
- Full APC support to become a chartered surveyor
- 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase up to 5 additional days
- Pension contribution of 5%
