About the role

Our client, a leading healthcare product distributor, is launching a Graduate Business Development Scheme to grow its commercial presence. As a graduate you will learn the full sales cycle, engage with prospects and support customers, while developing your professional skills in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gain in‑depth knowledge of the company’s products and services to educate prospective customers.
• Proactively contact prospects via phone, email and social channels to arrange meetings, webinars and product demonstrations.
• Research accounts, identify key influencers and build strong relationships.
• Support customer success to ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
• Shadow senior team members to understand the end‑to‑end sales process and prepare for future progression.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team‑player who can also work independently.
• Comfortable in a target‑driven environment.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
