About the role

A fantastic opportunity for a recent law graduate to join a well‑regarded residential conveyancing team in North West London. The role provides structured training and hands‑on exposure to both pre‑completion and post‑completion work.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with post‑completion tasks, including completing and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) forms.
• Process applications and registrations at Companies House.
• Support pre‑completion work by liaising with fee‑earners, mortgage lenders and clients to obtain documentation and updates.
• Provide administrative support to fee‑earners, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.

Required profile

• Law degree – essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Motivated to build a career in law, preferably with some practical exposure such as internships, paralegal work or placements.

Required skills

• Understanding of residential conveyancing processes.
• Familiarity with Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) filing.
• Knowledge of Companies House filing procedures.
