Graduate Management Trainee – Eastbourne/Hastings

About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Graduate Management Training Programme and develop the skills needed to become a future branch manager. Based in Eastbourne (with coverage of Hastings), you will rotate through core business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in a supportive, performance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, handling reservations and enquiries.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives, building relationships with local business partners.
• Assist with financial control, monitoring profitability and cost management.
• Participate in daily operations, learning store management and team leadership.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects across the branch.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (any discipline) with a strong desire to develop a career in retail management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers.
• Proactive, resilient and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate or commute to Eastbourne/Hastings.
