Graduate Management Trainee – Portsmouth

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking ambitious graduates to join its Graduate Management Trainee programme in Portsmouth. You will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations while working towards a future branch manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, handling reservations and enquiries.
• Support sales and marketing activities, building relationships with local business partners.
• Assist with financial control tasks, understanding profitability and cost management.
• Participate in day‑to‑day branch operations, including inventory and staff coordination.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects across the site.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (any discipline) with a strong interest in business leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn financial concepts.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
