Graduate Marketing Executive

About the role

Dexory is looking for a curious and ambitious Marketing Graduate to join its fast‑growing team. You will be hands‑on from day one, rotating across multiple marketing functions and contributing to campaigns that directly impact the business.

Key responsibilities

• Draft press releases, work with media contacts and monitor coverage (PR & Communications).
• Support multi‑channel demand‑generation campaigns, including digital, email and paid media.
• Create, schedule and analyse social content for platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Assist product marketing efforts, prepare launch materials and enable sales teams.
• Plan and execute webinars, trade‑show participation and post‑event analysis.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
• Use Google Analytics, HubSpot and other tools to track performance and generate insights.

Required profile

• 2:1 degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with high attention to detail.
• Organised, proactive and eager to take ownership.
• Genuine interest in learning fast within a marketing environment.

Required skills

• Google Analytics
• HubSpot
• Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic SEO knowledge
• Experience with LinkedIn and Instagram platforms
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
