Graduate Marketing Executive – Up to £30,000 + Bonus

About the role

Our client is a fast‑growing digital marketing agency looking for a motivated graduate to join their Marketing team in Chessington. You will own the delivery of multi‑channel campaigns, build strong client relationships and contribute to the agency’s overall growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital and social media marketing campaigns.
• Develop marketing strategies that align with client and business objectives.
• Maintain day‑to‑day communication with clients and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Analyse performance data, produce clear reports and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless campaign execution.
• Identify new business opportunities and support account growth.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in digital marketing, campaign management or social media.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Commercially aware with a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
