Graduate Medical Sales Representative – Respiratory (Kent & Medway)

About the role

We are seeking a Graduate Medical Sales Representative to join a leading pharmaceutical organisation in the respiratory therapy area. Based in Kent & Medway, you will work in the field, promoting an established portfolio of respiratory products to healthcare professionals and gaining hands‑on commercial experience.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a portfolio of respiratory treatments to doctors, pharmacists and other key healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships within your territory to identify and develop business opportunities.
• Utilise both digital tools and face‑to‑face meetings to engage customers and gather insights.
• Develop a thorough understanding of respiratory diseases and communicate scientific information clearly.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve regional targets.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (science or business degree) with a strong interest in medical sales.
• Full UK driving licence and residence within Kent & Medway.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role and demonstrable research into medical sales.
• Shadowing experience of a medical sales representative is advantageous.

Required skills

• Ability to conduct scientific discussions with healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in using digital communication platforms for customer engagement.
