Graduate Project Coordinator

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful FTSE‑listed organisation near Leatherhead. You will gain hands‑on experience working on large‑scale, high‑profile projects, developing a solid foundation in project coordination and data analysis from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Support a busy project team with coordination and administrative tasks.
• Analyse project data in Excel to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Assist in preparing progress reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Communicate clear insights to project managers and wider teams.
• Collect, verify and maintain accurate project information.
• Contribute ideas to improve reporting and project processes.
• Collaborate closely with IT specialists, project managers and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Graduate (degree‑level qualification) or equivalent experience.
• Strong numerical ability and confidence working with data.
• Clear communication and a professional approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Proactive, reliable and eager to develop a long‑term career.
