Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Fast‑Track Career

About the role

We are looking for a motivated graduate to join our award‑winning recruitment team in Leeds. As a Recruitment Consultant you will work across the Energy, Technology and Engineering sectors, building relationships with both candidates and client companies while developing your own sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and qualify candidates for a range of specialist vacancies.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
• Conduct market mapping and prospect new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date candidate database and become a subject‑matter expert in your sector.

Required profile

• Minimum 2:1 degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ambitious, resilient and strong work ethic.
• Competitive and eager to succeed in a sales‑driven environment.
