About the role

We are looking for ambitious 2025/2026 graduates to join our fast‑moving recruitment team in Canary Wharf. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant you will be fully responsible for your earnings and career progression, working in a sales‑driven environment where performance is rewarded.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and apply the step‑by‑step process for sourcing and attracting candidates.
• Manage job postings, applicant pipelines and write compelling job adverts.
• Head‑hunt niche talent and develop creative advertising strategies.
• Sell recruitment solutions to clients, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, from interview coordination to placement.
• Earn commission from day one based on successful placements.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (2025/2026) with a strong drive to succeed.
• Career‑oriented, self‑motivated and resilient.
• Coachable and eager to learn the recruitment trade.
• Competitive spirit – high‑level sporting achievements are valued.
