About the role

Join a fast‑growing financial services recruitment team in Horsham as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship, then take ownership of the full recruitment cycle for wealth management, pensions and employee benefits clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and high‑calibre candidates.
• Headhunt and source top talent across specialist financial services markets.
• Interview, assess and qualify candidates against client requirements.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and placement.
• Develop a personal specialist market and long‑term client portfolio.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with sales or customer‑facing experience.
• Ambitious, driven and eager to build a high‑earning, long‑term career.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Interest in financial services sectors such as wealth management, pensions or employee benefits.
