Graduate Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated graduate to join our Impact Academy as a Recruitment Consultant in London. You will work in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment where earnings are directly linked to results.

Key responsibilities

• Interview and place candidates in schools across the UK.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client schools.
• Achieve weekly KPIs and sales targets, including commission from day one.
• Participate in business development activities such as client visits and account growth.
• Attend daily coaching sessions and specialist training programmes.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or former teacher seeking higher earning potential.
• Demonstrated work ethic, having balanced study with employment.
• Experience in fast‑paced sales environments (e.g., car sales, phone sales, estate agency) is a plus.
• Competitive, resilient and motivated by targets and commission.

Required skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and clients.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a focus on meeting performance metrics.
