About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join a fast‑growing specialist recruitment business focused on the software sales market. You will work with high‑growth technology companies in the US, helping them attract elite sales talent while gaining exposure to international clients and conferences.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and qualify candidates for software sales positions.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with both candidates and client companies.
• Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities.
• Work towards monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Maintain and update the candidate database.
• Develop subject‑matter expertise in the software sales sector.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with strong communication skills.
• Ambitious, resilient and results‑driven.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment.
• Natural relationship builder with a proactive approach.
• Proven track record of achievement in academics, sports, societies or part‑time work.
