Graduate Recruitment Consultant – US Division (10:30am‑7pm)

About the role

Join Rise Technical's fast‑growing US Division as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. You will work from our Bristol city‑centre office, start at 10:30 am and finish early on Fridays, helping clients across engineering, IT, construction, energy and the public sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and headhunt high‑quality candidates for a range of technical positions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for both clients and candidates.
• Develop long‑term relationships with corporate clients and build your own portfolio.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to meet billing targets and deliver excellent service.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary £26,000 per year.
• Uncapped commission up to 40% of billings, realistic earnings up to £70K.
