About the Role
Are you a recent engineering graduate looking to launch a high-impact career in technical sales? This is a premier opportunity to join a dynamic team where you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge engineering solutions and industry-leading clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with an existing portfolio of high-profile clients in the automotive, packaging, and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Conduct field visits across North East England and Scotland (3-4 days per week) to provide on-site support and business development.
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to deliver tailored technical solutions to client needs.
- Represent the company at key industry trade shows and professional exhibitions.
- Balance field activity with strategic remote work (1-2 days per week) to manage accounts and administrative tasks.
Candidate Profile
- Recent graduate with a degree in Engineering (Electronic or Mechanical preferred).
- Strong desire to pursue a career in technical field sales.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
- Based near Newcastle upon Tyne for efficient territory coverage.

What We Offer
- Competitive base salary of £28,000 with an uncapped OTE of £38,000.
