Graduate Sales Development Representative – Cyber Security

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Sales Development Representative to join our fast‑growing cyber‑security scale‑up in Leeds. You will be the first point of contact with prospective SME customers, helping them understand how our platform protects their business from cyber‑attacks.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential SME customers across the UK.
• Initiate contact through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach.
• Schedule product demos or trial sessions with IT leaders and Heads of Information Security.
• Generate approximately 15 qualified leads per month with the support of sales training.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Ambitious, competitive and motivated to build a long‑term sales career.
• Resilient and able to handle rejection and challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eager to learn, open to feedback and quick to improve.
• Degree holder is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
