Graduate Sales Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Sales Engineer to join a fast‑growing UK engineering manufacturer. You will receive structured training, mentorship from experienced professionals, and a clear path towards senior commercial positions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and consultancy audits for clients
• Support equipment sales, maintenance contracts, and smaller works projects
• Build and develop relationships with new and existing customers
• Deliver presentations and pitches to potential clients
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal business units
• Update sales data and assist broader business development activities
• Travel across the UK to customer sites as required

Required profile

• Degree qualified (engineering or technical degree preferred, all degrees considered)
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities
• Interest in engineering, industrial technology, or energy efficiency
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Self‑motivated with a desire to build a successful sales career
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
