Graduate Sales Engineer – Mechanical/Physics

About the role

We are looking for a recent graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics or a related discipline to join our technical sales team. You will become the go‑to expert for customers needing specialised temperature‑control solutions for cryogenic research.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to technical enquiries and propose tailored solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotations and costings for products and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients.
• Support customers throughout the procurement process, from pre‑sale to post‑sale.
• Visit customer sites when required to assess needs and install equipment.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics or a similar field.
• Enthusiastic about starting a career in technical sales.
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand customer requirements.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cryogenic temperature‑control equipment.
• Ability to produce detailed quotations and costings.
• Experience delivering product demonstrations.
