About the role
Are you a recent graduate looking to begin a rewarding career in education? A welcoming primary school in Basingstoke is looking for a motivated Graduate SEN TA to join their supportive team.
Key responsibilities
- Support pupils with SEN on an individual and small‑group basis.
- Assist teachers with engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Deliver targeted learning and behaviour interventions.
- Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and wellbeing.
- Work alongside teachers and SEN professionals.
Required profile
- A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or a related subject.
- A genuine passion for supporting children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, positive, and adaptable approach.
- An interest in education, psychology, teaching, or SEN.
