Graduate Software Engineer

About the role

Join Interact as a Graduate Software Engineer and help build enterprise‑grade intranet solutions used by millions of employees worldwide. You will work alongside experienced developers and contribute to real‑world projects from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web and API features using C#.NET, ReactJS, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to testing and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, applying performance optimisation techniques.
• Collaborate with technical leads, senior developers, UX/UI designers and cross‑functional teams.
• Engage in code reviews and uphold coding standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming and SOLID principles.
• Proficiency in at least one language such as C#, Java or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML5, CSS3) and basic SQL/database concepts.
• Experience with version control (Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms and problem‑solving techniques.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and a proactive learning attitude.
