Graduate Sustainability & Communications Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Graduate Sustainability & Communications Officer to join Liverpool Bay CCS Ltd in Northop, Wales. Working closely with the Sustainability & Communications Manager, you will help deliver sustainability initiatives and communication programmes that support the Liverpool Bay CO₂ Transportation and Storage project.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of community investment and stakeholder‑engagement initiatives linked to the CO₂ transportation and storage infrastructure.
• Create internal and external communication materials such as intranet news, newsletters, presentations, reports and press releases.
• Provide administrative support to ensure compliance with sustainability reporting and corporate‑compliance requirements.
• Assist with Point of Ayr land‑management duties, including educational provision and alignment with planning consents.
• Help maintain and update stakeholder data sets and related documentation.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree relevant to sustainability, environmental science, communications or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel across North‑West England and North Wales as required.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
