Graduate Systems Engineer – Brough (Hull)

About the role

BAE Systems is looking for a motivated Graduate Systems Engineer to join our Air Team in Brough (Hull). You will work on cutting‑edge defence and aerospace programmes such as Typhoon, Future Combat Air System and autonomous mission support products, gaining exposure to both technical and programme‑level responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and trace system requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop system specifications, conduct research and contribute to design and development activities.
• Model, integrate and test system components to ensure performance and compliance.
• Support qualification, certification and acceptance processes.
• Provide product support and contribute to through‑life engineering activities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (BEng/MEng) in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in defence and aerospace systems.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
