Graduate Trainee – Sales & Business Management

About the role

Kick‑start your career with Bridgewater Resources, the UK’s largest B2B supplier of electrical equipment. As a Graduate Trainee you will rotate through key business areas, develop strong customer relationships and progress towards a field sales and management position.

Key responsibilities

• Learn core business functions – sales, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, administration, IT and marketing.
• Build product knowledge and understand the electrical wholesale market.
• Engage customers face‑to‑face at the trade counter and later via phone and account management.
• Complete formal sales training, workbook assessments and earn training bonuses.
• Progress to B2B field sales, manage client accounts and eventually run your own business unit.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence.
• Availability to start a full‑time role immediately.
• Commercially‑focused graduate with ambition to move into sales leadership.
