Graphic Designer – Brand & Campaign Visuals

About the role

As a Graphic Designer you will bring Sonova’s brand and campaigns to life through high‑quality visual content for both digital and print channels. Working closely with marketing teams and internal stakeholders, you will translate ideas into engaging creative assets that have a real commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver creative assets for campaigns, product launches, and brand communications across digital and print.
• Translate marketing briefs into strong visual concepts and engaging design solutions.
• Ensure all output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
• Collaborate directly with internal stakeholders and customers to develop tailored design materials.
• Manage multiple concurrent design projects, prioritising workload to meet deadlines.
• Support and guide a Junior Designer, providing feedback and maintaining quality standards.
• Work with external partners such as agencies and print suppliers.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or in‑house environment.
• Strong hands‑on skills and ability to manage several projects in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent visual thinking, creativity and attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders and customers.
• Proactive, organised and team‑oriented mindset.
