Graphic Designer – E‑commerce & Illustration Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with strong e‑commerce experience and a flair for illustration to help shape the visual direction of a fast‑growing consumer brand. You will create high‑performing creative across web, email, CRM and digital marketing channels, driving engagement, conversion and brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design e‑commerce site assets such as homepage banners, landing pages and product content.
• Produce email and CRM campaigns focused on retention and conversion.
• Create promotional and trading creative for web and digital channels, including paid social and performance marketing assets.
• Manage campaign roll‑out and always‑on content to support ongoing marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong, hands‑on e‑commerce design background (essential).
• Proven experience designing for email and CRM marketing.
• Confidence in creating web and conversion‑led assets.
• Ability to work quickly across multiple live trading priorities.
• Illustration‑led creative concepts and visual storytelling.
