Graphic Designer – Fashion Brand (Hybrid, up to £35k)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join a fast‑growing contemporary fashion brand in Manchester. Working in a hybrid setting, you will help shape the visual identity across digital, social, and print channels, delivering premium creative that inspires customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality assets for organic and paid social, email marketing, website, and digital advertising.
• Create campaign visuals for product launches, seasonal collections and integrated marketing initiatives.
• Produce social‑first graphics and short‑form video assets for Instagram, TikTok and similar platforms.
• Maintain a consistent, elevated brand identity while optimizing creative for each channel.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Brand teams to develop conversion‑focused designs.
• Design and optimise website elements such as homepage banners, landing pages and product pages.
• Support packaging, printed collateral, branding and other marketing materials.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring timely delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in fashion, retail or e‑commerce.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, illustration and high‑impact visual work.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Proven ability to create high‑performing digital marketing creative.
