About the role
de Le Cuona, a leading British luxury textile brand, is looking for a Creative Textile Designer to join its Windsor‑based design team. Reporting to the Design Manager, you will drive the development of market‑leading textile and accessory collections from concept through to production.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute new textile collections, exploring colour, texture, materials and finishes.
- Collaborate with mills, suppliers, artisans and manufacturing partners to ensure quality and craftsmanship.
- Research emerging trends and technologies, source innovative fabrics and components.
- Monitor production timelines and quality standards throughout the development process.
- Work closely with Marketing and Procurement on campaigns, photoshoots and product launches.
Required profile
- Experience in textiles, interiors, fashion or homeware design.
- Strong technical knowledge of fabric construction and product development.
- Proactive, curious mindset with confidence to challenge conventions.
Required skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Technical understanding of fabric construction
