Graphic Designer (Marketing)

About the role

Burges Salmon is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its Marketing team. You will create high‑impact visual communications that support the firm’s people, clients and communities, working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging digital and print materials such as campaigns, reports, presentations, social media assets and event collateral.
• Partner with colleagues across Marketing, Business Development and Communications to develop creative responses to briefs and provide design guidance.
• Help evolve and protect the Burges Salmon brand, ensuring consistency across all communications.
• Manage relationships with photographers, videographers, printers and other creative suppliers.
• Coordinate design projects from concept through to final production.
• Support the management of the firm’s image library and design assets.

Required profile

• Significant experience in a graphic design role, preferably within professional services, B2B or corporate environments.
• Highly adaptable and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and effective stakeholder management.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of branding, digital design and visual storytelling.
