Graphic Designer – £35,000 – Manchester

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with strong e‑commerce experience and illustration skills to join a fast‑growing consumer brand in Manchester. You will shape the visual direction across web, email, CRM and digital marketing channels, driving engagement and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Create e‑commerce site assets such as homepage banners, landing pages and product content.
• Design email and CRM campaigns focused on retention and conversion.
• Produce promotional and trading creative for web and digital channels, including paid social and performance marketing assets.
• Develop campaign roll‑outs and always‑on content.

Required profile

• 3+ years of graphic design experience.
• Hands‑on e‑commerce design experience (essential).
• Proven track record designing for email and CRM marketing.
• Ability to work quickly across multiple live trading priorities.
• Illustration‑led creative concepts and visual storytelling.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong web and conversion‑focused design skills.
• Illustration skills.
