Graphic Designer – Remote (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join the Global Customer Experience team of Stanley Black & Decker’s Tools & Outdoor division. Working remotely from anywhere in the United Kingdom, you will spend six months producing on‑brand digital assets that support our advertising strategy across multiple brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑quality digital graphics, including layouts, colour schemes, fonts, clipping paths and die‑lines.
• Retouch images and apply style or filter effects in line with brand guidelines.
• Proof and perform detailed quality‑control checks on your own work and that of teammates.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and on‑time delivery.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, product and communications teams to translate concepts into visual solutions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional design experience with a strong visual aesthetic.
• Self‑motivated, well‑organised and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to juggle several projects at once.
• Team‑player who communicates effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Competence with Microsoft Office applications.
• Image retouching and application of brand‑consistent styles and filters.
