Group Cycle Fitness Instructor

About the role

GLL is seeking enthusiastic Group Cycle Fitness Instructors to lead high‑energy indoor cycling classes at The Sovereign Centre in Eastbourne. You will create a motivating atmosphere, adapt rides to all ability levels, and help members achieve their fitness goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective group cycle sessions that are fun and results‑focused.
• Lead both freestyle, music‑driven rides and performance‑oriented classes.
• Adjust class intensity, progression and regression to suit all ages and fitness levels.
• Maintain a positive, energetic environment that inspires participants.
• Ensure health and safety standards are consistently met.

Required profile

• Group Cycle Qualification Exercise to Music Level 2 and/or Fitness Instructor Level 2.
• Strong focus on customer service and safety.
• Commitment, enthusiasm and the ability to work well within a team.

• Strong communication skills.
