Group Tax Manager

About the role

The Group Tax Manager will lead tax compliance and planning for a business services organisation in London. You will ensure the company meets its tax obligations while identifying opportunities for efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the group's tax compliance processes, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee tax planning and advise on potential savings or efficiencies.
• Coordinate with external advisers on complex tax matters.
• Ensure adherence to UK tax regulations and reporting standards.
• Support audits and liaise with tax authorities as required.
• Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on the organisation.
• Prepare and review tax provisions for financial reporting.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on tax‑related issues.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in tax compliance and planning within the business services sector.
• Proven ability to manage tax‑related processes and work with external advisers.
• In‑depth knowledge of UK tax regulations and reporting standards.
• Experience preparing tax provisions for financial reporting.

Required skills

What we offer

• Daily rate of £450‑£550, dependent on experience.
• Fixed‑term contract based in London.
