Harvest Worker – Oxfordshire

About the role

Dyson Farming is looking for enthusiastic Harvest Workers to join the team during the peak harvest season on the Oxfordshire/Berkshire border. The role is fixed‑term from July to October and involves a variety of hands‑on tasks to support grain harvesting and farm operations.

Key responsibilities

• Carting grain using a Fendt 724 tractor.
• Performing secondary cultivations, rolling and topping.
• Operating JCB loaders for grain and bale loading.
• General farm and harvest duties, including assisting other business operations.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Experience driving modern agricultural machinery.

Required skills

• Operation of Fendt 724 grain‑carting equipment.
• Operation of JCB loaders.
• General modern agricultural machinery handling.
