Head of Business Acceptance – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Business Acceptance to lead business readiness and operational acceptance for a series of strategic transformation initiatives. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure that change programmes are embedded effectively, delivering sustainable outcomes and a smooth transition to business‑as‑usual operations.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and own the business acceptance framework across critical transformation projects.
• Act as the bridge between programme delivery teams and business operations to guarantee successful adoption.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with new capabilities.
• Facilitate the transition of new processes and systems into day‑to‑day activities.
• Provide governance, reporting and decision‑making support to senior stakeholders.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, influencing executive audiences and ensuring alignment.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading business acceptance, readiness or implementation functions in large, complex organisations.
• Proven track record of delivering successful transformation and change programmes.
• Experience working within regulated or highly governed environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to constructively challenge senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of programme delivery, operational readiness and change‑management disciplines.
• Exceptional communication, leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑paced settings.
