About the role
We are seeking a Head of Business Development to lead our finance‑focused business development team within a global law firm. The role will act as a trusted adviser to senior partners, shaping client development and strategic direction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a high‑performing business development finance team covering the full mix of finance products.
- Advise senior partners on business development planning, client development and overall strategy.
- Drive innovative finance group initiatives, including targeted campaigns, bids and cross‑selling programmes.
- Research and target existing and prospective clients through product development.
- Collaborate with partners to deliver entrepreneurial team dynamics and impact.
Required profile
- Previous senior business development manager experience within the legal sector.
- Demonstrated experience covering finance practice.
