Head of Business Integration & Governance (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Head of Business Integration & Governance will support the Managing Director, Chief Operations Officer and the LCST Senior Leadership Team in delivering the Logistic, Commodities & Services Transformation Programme. Based in Bristol with a hybrid working model, this 12‑month fixed‑term role ensures alignment, operational discipline and governance across the programme.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery priorities, monitor progress against key deliverables and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Work closely with the COO and senior leadership to maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational alignment.
• Act as deputy for the COO when required, ensuring continuity of decision‑making.
• Lead the Governance Team and Managing Director’s Office, preparing briefing packs, presentations and reports for executive and customer forums.
• Track governance actions, decisions and commitments, ensuring timely completion.
• Analyse performance data, dashboards and KPIs to surface trends, risks and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in programme delivery, integration or governance.
• Strong ability to influence and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience in managing large‑scale transformation programmes, preferably in logistics or commodities.
