Head of Change – Lead Enterprise Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Change to steer the enterprise‑wide portfolio of business and technology transformation initiatives for a leading regulated organisation based in Leeds. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape the change agenda, ensure strategic alignment and deliver measurable outcomes across a diverse set of programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing Projects & Change function.
• Own the enterprise change portfolio, prioritising and governing projects to meet strategic objectives.
• Provide delivery assurance, benefits realisation and value tracking for all initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define strategic priorities and investment decisions.
• Design and enhance project delivery frameworks, processes and controls.
• Champion effective change adoption through strong relationships across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading enterprise‑wide change, transformation or PMO functions in complex, regulated environments.
• Track record of managing large, competing portfolios and delivering business and technology programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including influencing senior and board‑level audiences.
• Strong commercial mindset with focus on measurable outcomes.
