Head of Customer & Loyalty

About the role

Krispy Kreme UK & Ireland is seeking a Head of Customer & Loyalty to own the customer growth strategy across retail, e‑commerce, delivery and partnership channels. You will translate insight into commercial action, turning data‑driven decisions into long‑term brand love.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a holistic customer growth strategy.
• Shape commercial strategies that drive sustainable revenue and repeat purchase.
• Champion the voice of the customer across the organisation, ensuring insights inform product, service and experience decisions.
• Collaborate with retail, digital, delivery and partnership teams to create seamless, memorable customer journeys.
• Turn behavioural data into actionable plans that increase loyalty and lifetime value.

Required profile

• Passion for understanding customer behaviour and translating it into commercial outcomes.
• Proven track record of turning insight into bold, sustainable growth initiatives.
• Ability to think beyond short‑term campaigns and focus on long‑term brand affinity.
• Strong influence skills, comfortable working across multiple functions and challenging the status quo.
• Enthusiasm for the brand and its products.
