Head of Executive Education (Reader/Professor)

About the role

Brunel Business School is seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial leader to drive the growth of its executive education portfolio. Reporting directly to the Executive Dean, you will shape a strategically important growth area and expand the School’s external engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, promotion and delivery of executive education programmes.
• Build and nurture partnerships with businesses, public‑sector organisations and international clients.
• Provide strategic leadership, business development and academic collaboration to generate sustainable income growth.
• Enhance Brunel’s reputation for impactful executive learning.
• Shape and expand executive education activities and external engagement.

Required profile

• Proven track record in executive education, professional learning, business development, consultancy or organisational development.
• Strong commercial awareness combined with academic credibility.
• Experience building partnerships, developing programmes, generating income and leading innovation.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset.
