Head of Finance – Fast‑Growth Creative Membership Business (London, Hybrid)

About the role

Harmonic Group Ltd is a founder‑led membership and workspace business serving musicians, artists and content creators. They are hiring their first Head of Finance to shape the finance function at a pivotal growth stage.

Key responsibilities

• Own capital allocation, cash‑flow strategy and investment planning for the next phase of growth.
• Manage the reporting relationship with the institutional shareholder and provide strategic finance insights to the CEO and Co‑Founder.
• Build and implement financial infrastructure and processes across multiple London sites.
• Act as a business partner, influencing decisions on expansion and operational strategy.

Required profile

• A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Experience operating strategically in a multi‑site consumer, membership or hospitality business, preferably with investor or board exposure.
• Proven track record of building financial infrastructure and processes in a scaling organisation.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to produce robust financial models that shape decisions.
