Key responsibilities
- Establish the Central Operations structure, unifying legacy support activities into consistent divisional processes.

- Implement proactive customer service frameworks, contract review cadences and regular delivery reporting in partnership with Business Development.
- Define systems and data requirements, build operational reporting dashboards and integrate newly acquired businesses into the central model.
Required profile
- Proven track record leading central operations, scheduling/planning hubs or multi‑site support functions in a service‑led B2B environment.
- Experience building, standardising or integrating operational support functions across multiple entities or specialist service lines.
- Deep understanding of contract mobilisation, resource scheduling, WIP management, invoicing controls and revenue assurance.
- Relevant qualification in operations, business management or process improvement (operational track record is primary).
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally across HSL offices and operational sites.
Required skills
- Strong command of CRM/ERP systems and operational reporting.
- Process automation and data‑driven efficiency improvement.
