Head of Marketing & E‑commerce

About the role

Embassy of Beauty is seeking a commercially driven Head of Marketing & E‑commerce to lead its brand strategy and online revenue growth. You will shape the customer journey, drive digital performance and strengthen the company’s position in the luxury beauty market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing and brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead brand positioning, storytelling and consistency across all channels.
• Plan and run multi‑channel campaigns (digital, social, PR, influencer, partnerships).
• Own e‑commerce strategy, website performance, UX/UI optimisation and conversion rate improvement.
• Oversee customer journey, retention, CRM initiatives and online merchandising.
• Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rates and revenue performance.
• Identify growth opportunities through testing, optimisation and innovation.
• Build, mentor and manage a high‑performing marketing and e‑commerce team and external agencies.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in marketing and e‑commerce leadership, preferably in beauty, luxury or consumer brands.
• Proven track record of scaling e‑commerce revenue and brand growth.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
