Head of Marketing (Health & Wellness)

About the role

We are partnering with a premium health and wellness brand in the UK to find a hands‑on Head of Marketing. You will own the strategic direction while rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns that drive commercial growth and strengthen the brand’s market position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Analyse revenue performance, customer acquisition cost and other key metrics to inform decisions.
• Lead all digital channels including paid media, SEO, content, and CRM.
• Optimise the website and digital touchpoints for performance and user experience.
• Oversee content creation and campaign execution that resonates with health‑focused audiences.
• Manage and develop a team of two marketers and collaborate with senior brand leaders.
• Control marketing budgets, prioritising high‑impact initiatives.

Required profile

• 360° marketer with a blend of strategic, operational and commercial mindset.
• Experience in multi‑site or scaling businesses within fitness, hospitality, wellness or lifestyle sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable growth and ROI.
• Comfortable balancing high‑level strategy with hands‑on execution.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, working closely with the CEO.
