Head of Partnerships

About the role

A high‑growth technology business is seeking an experienced Head of Partnerships to lead its partnerships function and shape the next stage of growth. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will own the partnership strategy, develop new business opportunities and expand existing relationships across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the end‑to‑end partnerships lifecycle, from opportunity identification to integration and long‑term management.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic partners, negotiating agreements that deliver commercial value.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Risk teams to create technically scalable and commercially successful partnerships.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of three partnership professionals, setting direction and providing hands‑on support when needed.
• Represent the Partnerships function at senior level, influencing strategic decisions and shaping the future direction of the business.
• Travel across the UK to meet partners and attend occasional team meet‑ups in London or Bristol.

Required profile

• Proven senior commercial leadership experience in a high‑growth technology environment.
• Strong track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable discussing technology concepts and translating commercial opportunities into practical solutions.
• Ability to lead and develop a small high‑performing team.

Required skills

• Competitive salary of £90,000–£105,000 per year.
