Head of Quality

About the role

Cotecna is seeking a Head of Quality to lead its global quality strategy. Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, you will ensure the company’s management systems, certifications and accreditations support its credibility and growth across all business lines and regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage ISO 9001 group certification and ISO 17020 group accreditation, coordinating with external bodies.
• Plan, execute, report and close all ISO 17020 internal audits worldwide.
• Maintain additional accreditations such as ISO 17065 and FSC Chain of Custody.
• Own and evolve the Cotecna Business Framework and its documentation architecture.
• Provide expert support on ISO 9001, ISO 17020, ISO 17025, ISO 17065 and other management systems to all entities.
• Act as Quality Manager for the Geneva headquarters, overseeing internal audits, corrective actions and management reviews.
• Contribute to global internal audit planning and technical governance audits.
• Oversee sustainability KPIs and manage the FSC Chain of Custody certification system.

Required profile

• University degree or at least 5 years of experience in quality management.
• IRCA ISO 9001 QMS Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 17020 and ISO 17065 (mandatory).
• Experience with ISO 17021, ISO 17025 or FSC Chain of Custody is an advantage.
