Head of Seller Demand – B2B Marketing

About the role

OnCommerce is looking for a Head of Seller Demand to design and scale a global B2B marketing engine that drives seller acquisition across 21 international markets. You will own the end‑to‑end journey from awareness to sign‑up, ensuring high‑quality inbound demand for our marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Build and operate a multi‑market, AI‑powered acquisition system covering PR, social (LinkedIn‑first), CRM, content, and partnership channels.
• Design repeatable processes that deliver predictable lead and sign‑up growth while balancing Cost‑per‑Lead (CPL) and Cost‑per‑Acquisition (CPA).
• Leverage organic and data‑driven strategies, including external lead data and CRM activation, to scale seller demand efficiently.
• Maintain seller quality through lead scoring and continuous optimisation of acquisition tactics.
• Collaborate with Seller, Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless hand‑over of qualified sellers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B demand generation and seller acquisition at a senior level.
• Tech‑savvy, data‑driven mindset with the ability to operate across 19+ languages.
• Strong ownership mentality, comfortable working in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment.
• Excellent analytical skills to balance volume and quality of inbound sellers.
