Helicopter Engineer – Maintenance of Gazelle & Squirrel Helicopters

About the role

We are a specialist aviation company operating a fleet of Gazelle, Squirrel, Augusta 109 and Bell 206 helicopters. We are seeking a skilled Helicopter Engineer to join our team in Abridge on a full‑time basis, responsible for maintaining the airworthiness of our rotary‑wing fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and non‑routine maintenance on Gazelle and Squirrel helicopters.
• Conduct inspections, diagnostics and repairs in line with CAA regulations and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
• Ensure airworthiness and safety standards are consistently met.
• Liaise with operations and compliance teams to coordinate maintenance schedules.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and safety audits.

Required profile

• Recognised engineering qualification with type ratings or experience on Gazelle and/or Squirrel helicopters.
• Proven experience in rotary‑wing aircraft maintenance.
• Strong understanding of aviation safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
